For many years, I held the word Priestess at arm’s length. I watched it become an aesthetic: feathers, sage, a beautiful photo on Instagram posing as a priestess.
I take lineage seriously. I was born into four generations of a spiritual path that taught me what it truly means to honor, embody, and live in devotion to our life’s path and divine purpose. That is the Priestess I know, and she lives far deeper than anything you can wear.
The Temple Body Priestess is the woman fully devoted to her purpose, living in integrity, who understands her sexual creative power and offers it for the highest good of all. Her power creates change. It births a new paradigm.
So if you have ever pushed the word Priestess away, and you know you are here to create a ripple of change, this is for you. You are a change maker. You have a unique role in the birthing of a new earth. And she is already within you, ready to be activated.
She lives in devotion to her purpose and offers her body as a vessel for love, not performing devotion, but living it, in how she moves through an ordinary Tuesday.
Her power has nothing to do with how she looks. It has everything to do with her relationship to her own body, erotic nature, spirituality and creativity, cultivated and refined over time, held in the body rather than just understood in the mind.

Here you honor the woman who brought you this far, lay down the identity that has completed its cycle, and give living form to the Priestess of your new era. In your body. In ceremony. Rooted in the Life/Art Process, this practice transforms your personal story, your life experiences, and your inner myths into living art. What you release becomes sacred. What you claim becomes real.
You arrive as the woman you have been.
You dance the woman you are becoming into being.
Temple Body Arts® is more than a program, it is a sacred path of devotion, embodiment, and leadership.
The 7-Night Live Feminine Leadership Initiation is led by Founder, Sofiah Thom, this year at Holos — a nature-immersed retreat sanctuary in the Diamante Valley, Costa Rica held for deep connection to self, reWILDing , community, and the earth.
Temple Body Arts Facilitators Anya Devi, and Nicole Pemberton will be supporting with teachings in womb work, authentic expression, visibility, shadow work and more.
Temple Body Arts® is a growing school for students to become Facilitators of this work and will include opportunities for graduates to train more intimately with Sofiah in the ART of space holding and leading retreats.
Please note that additional support and staff may also participate in holding the space including support for Trauma work, Photography, Videography and more
This may be the last time I hold this Rite of Passage and Priestess Initiation in this way.
