One of the highlights of our Temple Body Arts Leadership Immersion is the opportunity for each sister to create and share a ritual performance. This sacred practice invites you to embody and express both the old identity you are ready to release and the new identity you are fully claiming, witnessed and celebrated by your sisters.

Rooted in the Life/Art Process, this experience transforms personal stories, life experiences, and inner myths into living art. It is a powerful way to honor your journey while stepping boldly into who you know yourself to be.

7-NIGHT IMMERSION AT HOLOS, IN THE DIAMANTE VALLEY

A nature-immersed sanctuary held by jungle, waterfalls, and vibrant biodiversity — a living ecosystem rooted in connection, care for the land, and authentic community. Meet Your Guide, Sofiah Thom
founder of the Temple Body Arts School for Divine Feminine Leadership and 4th-generation spiritual initiate

At 50, Sofiah brings over three decades of embodiment practice to her work. Born into four generations of Subud (Susila Buddhi Dharma) a spiritual lineage devoted to awakening our inner nature and aligning with divine will—she was immersed in a path of spiritual devotion from birth.

She is also the daughter of two pioneers in spiritual development, her first mentors, whose teachings on the sacred union of the masculine and feminine have become the roots of what she now shares through Temple Body Arts.

This foundation, along with her studies in dance therapy, yoga, tantra yoga, expressive healing arts, and ritual practices, has shaped everything she teaches and leads within Temple Body Arts.

For 20 years, she's been married to her beloved (she proposed!) and together they birthed Envision Festival and Danyasa Eco-Retreat. This November, the initiation moves to Holos in the Diamante Valley — new land, same rite of passage. After a powerful perimenopausal sabbatical, she is returning with deeper wisdom than ever before to guide women like you through their own rites of passage into embodied leadership.

TemplE BoDY Arts FACILITATORS

he 7-Night Live Feminine Leadership Initiation is led by Founder, Sofiah Thom, this year at Holos — a nature-immersed retreat sanctuary in the Diamante Valley, Costa Rica held for deep connection to self, reWILDing , community, and the earth.

Sofiah is often supported by graduate Temple Body Artists including Facilitators, Anya Devi, and Nicole Pemberton who guide journeys and teachings in womb work, authentic expression, visibility, shadow work and more.

Temple Body Arts® is a growing school for students to become Facilitators of this work and will include opportunities for graduates to train more intimately with Sofiah in the ART of space holding and leading retreats.

Please note that additional support and staff may also participate in holding the space including support for Trauma work, Photography, Videography and more.
